The Dubai Criminal Court found our client not guilty on all charges. The court ruled that the prosecution failed to prove criminal intent and that the financial transactions were legitimate business expenses. Our client was fully acquitted, his passport returned, and his employment reputation restored. The judgment was upheld on appeal.

The foreign court dismissed the father custody petition and ordered the immediate return of the children to Dubai under the Hague Convention. The Dubai Personal Status Court then granted full custody to the mother with supervised visitation rights for the father.
