Family Law - International Custody Victory

A mother came to us after her ex-husband had taken their two children (ages 6 and 8) to his home country without her consent, violating a Dubai custody order. The case involved three jurisdictions - UAE, the father home country, and the mother country of citizenship. The father had filed for custody in his home country and was refusing to return the children to Dubai.

Our family law team immediately filed a Hague Convention application for the return of wrongfully removed children.
